RANGED FROM THE LOW TO MID 30S OVER NORTH CENTRAL...NORTHERN AND
NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...UPPER 30S OVER THE SANDHILLS...EASTERN
PANHANDLE...AND INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR...TO THE LOW 40S SOUTH OF
THE INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR. WINDS WERE GENERALLY OUT OF THE
SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MILES PER HOUR.

TODAY...A DEVELOPING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER EASTERN
COLORADO...WILL DRAW MOISTURE BACK INTO THE REGION...PROVIDING THE
CHANCE FOR ISOLATED AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON.
HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL WARM INTO THE LOW TO UPPER 60S...WITH
MOSTLY SUNNY TO PARTLY SUNNY SKIES. WINDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE
THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON HOURS...WITH SOUTH SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 10
TO 15 MILES PER HOUR IN THE MORNING...INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MILES
PER HOUR IN THE AFTERNOON.
