AT 1215 AM CDT/1115 PM MDT/...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
WAS TRACKING HEAVY RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
FROM 8 MILES NORTH OF CALAMUS RESERVOIR STATE RECREATION AREA TO 9
MILES NORTH OF ARTHUR.  THIS RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

HEAVY RAIN IS ONGOING WITH RAINFALL RATES OF 1/2 TO 1 INCH PER HOUR.
THIS RAIN IS FALLING ON WET GROUND PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT RUNOFF AND
PONDING. A GRADUAL DECREASE IN RAINFALL INTENSITY IS EXPECTED
THROUGH 145 AM CDT...1245 AM MDT.
