AT 302 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM CHAMBERS TO
HERSHEY...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

HEAVY RAIN IS ONGOING BETWEEN CHAMBERS AND ANSELMO WITH RAINFALL
RATES OF 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH PER HOUR. THIS RAIN IS FALLING ON WET
GROUND PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT RUNOFF AND PONDING. A GRADUAL DECREASE
IN RAINFALL INTENSITY IS EXPECTED THROUGH 430 AM CDT...330 AM MDT.

HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVERNIGHT ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE SANDHILLS WHICH
MAY HAVE CAUSED UNIMPROVED ROADS TO WASHOUT IN SPOTS. USE CAUTION
TRAVELING.
