Warning for the following rivers in Kentucky...

  Licking River at Blue Licks Spring
  Kentucky River at Ford Lock
  Kentucky River at High Bridge Lock
  Kentucky River at Frankfort Lock
  Kentucky River at Lockport Lock
  Rolling Fork River near Boston

affecting the following counties in Kentucky...Anderson...Carroll...
Clark...Franklin...Garrard...Hardin...Henry...Jessamine...Madison...
Mercer...Nelson...Nicholas...Owen...Robertson...Woodford.

.Heavy rain over the last several hours will cause the river to rise.

* At 10:00 AM Tuesday the stage was 14.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late Thursday morning and
  continue to rise to near 25.8 feet by Thursday evening. The river
  will fall below flood stage by Friday morning.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet...Cropland flooding begins.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.1
  feet on Mar 8 2004.

* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise
  to near 26.2 feet by after midnight Wednesday. The river will fall
  below flood stage by early Wednesday.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Flooding occurs in low lying portions of
  Fort Boonesborough State Park.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.3
  feet on Jun 2 2004.

* Impact...At 30.0 feet...Large portion of Dix Drive floods.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 31.6

* Impact...At 31.0 feet...Benson Valley Road floods. Water approaches
  Stoney Creek Road.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 33.7
  feet on Dec 31 1990.

  continue to rise to near 37.4 feet by early Friday morning. The
  river will fall below flood stage by early Sunday morning.
* Impact...At 36.0 feet...Low areas of Point of Rock and Old Landing
  Roads, and low lying roads near Perry Park flood in Monterey.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 37.4
  feet on Apr 13 2011.

  to rise to near 39.0 feet by Thursday evening. The river will fall
  below flood stage by Friday evening.
* Impact...At 40.0 feet...Water begins to cross low spots on some
  county roads. Some homes in flood plain are cutoff.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 39.1
  feet on Mar 12 2015.
