OVERALL MID-LEVEL PATTERN WILL BECOME MORE PROGRESSIVE DURING THE
D2/WED PERIOD...WITH AREAS OF ENHANCED MID-LEVEL FLOW ASSOCIATED
WITH SHORTWAVE TROUGHS LOCATED ACROSS THE PACIFIC NW/NRN
ROCKIES...WRN GREAT LAKES...AND ALSO ACROSS THE SERN CONUS.
MID-LEVEL RIDGING WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE SWRN U.S. DURING THE
PERIOD. THIS OVERALL PATTERN WILL LIMIT THE FIRE WEATHER THREAT AS
AREAS OF ENHANCED LOW/MID-LEVEL FLOW WILL NOT OVERLAP WITH AREAS OF
LOW SURFACE RH. NO ELEVATED/CRITICAL AREAS WILL BE ISSUED WITH THIS
FORECAST.
