.DISCUSSION... HIGH PRESSURE OFF THE CALIFORNIA COAST WILL MOVE
INLAND BRINGING A WARMING TREND THROUGH TUESDAY. SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT BASIN WILL BRING LOCALLY STRONG GUSTY
NORTHEAST WINDS BELOW THE CAJON PASS AND NEAR THE COASTAL FOOTHILLS
OF THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS MONDAY MORNING ALONG WITH LOWER
HUMIDITIES. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN LATE TUESDAY AND CONTINUE INTO
NEXT WEEKEND. COOLING WILL DEVELOP NEAR THE COAST AND SPREAD INLAND
ALONG WITH INCREASING HUMIDITIES AS THE MARINE LAYER RETURNS AND
SLOWLY DEEPENS.
