TO AROUND 9 PM OR SO. WINDS SHOULD SLOWLY DECREASE AND BECOME WNW
TONIGHT THEN SLOWLY INCREASE FROM THE SOUTHWEST BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON.
DRY CONDITIONS AND OCCASIONAL BREEZY AFTERNOONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. THEN WITH A LARGER UPPER TROUGH APPROACHING FROM THE WEST...
WINDS MAY APPROACH RED FLAG CRITERIA THU/FRI...HOWEVER...RH MAY INCREASE
