.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD 30.1 INCH HIGH WILL DRIFT OFF THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST THROUGH TONIGHT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE LAKE
MONDAY NIGHT BEFORE STALLING OVER NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA TUESDAY.
HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN SLOWLY BUILD ACROSS THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES MID WEEK AND MOVE TO COASTAL NEW ENGLAND ON FRIDAY.
