A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE WEATHER OVER THE
MIDWEST FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.

IN THE PAST 24 HOURS... A TRACE TO A THIRD OF AN INCH OF RAIN FELL
OVER THE WESTERN DAKOTAS... OTHERWISE THE NCRFC AREA WAS DRY.

IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS... A TRACE TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF RAIN IS
ON TAP FOR THE DAKOTAS AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA.  DAYS 2 THROUGH 5
SHOULD BE MOSTLY DRY OVER THE NCRFC AREA.

MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING ALONG THE SOURIS RIVER IN NORTH
DAKOTA AT TOWNER AND BANTRY.
