.STRONG SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY
AFTERNOON ACROSS WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE MOJAVE DESERT. STRONG WINDS
ARE ALSO EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF SAN
BERNARDINO COUNTY...SOUTHERN CLARK AND MOHAVE COUNTIES ON SATURDAY.
THESE WINDS ARE IN RESPONSE TO A COUPLE OF DISTURBANCES MOVING
ACROSS CENTRAL CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA.

...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT SATURDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND
WARNING FOR NORTHWEST SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 11 PM PDT SATURDAY. THIS REPLACES THE WIND ADVISORY WHICH HAD
BEEN IN EFFECT.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST TO WEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH THIS
  EVENING. THERE MAY BE SOMEWHAT OF A LULL TONIGHT...BUT WINDS WILL
  INCREASE TO 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS POSSIBLY AS HIGH AS 70 MPH
  SATURDAY.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL BE STRONG THIS EVENING...LULL A BIT
  OVERNIGHT...INCREASE AGAIN LATE SATURDAY MORNING...PEAK SATURDAY
  AFTERNOON...AND DECREASE LATE SATURDAY EVENING.

* LOCATIONS: BARSTOW...FORT IRWIN...BICYCLE LAKE...INTERSTATE 15
  AND INTERSTATE 40.

* IMPACTS: DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO BLOWING DUST AND
  STRONG CROSSWINDS...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH-PROFILE VEHICLE. STRONG
  WINDS MAY DISPLACE TREE DEBRIS...SMALL OBJECTS AND TEMPORARY
  STRUCTURES.

RESULT IN BRIEFLY LOWERED VISIBILITIES TO WELL UNDER A MILE AT
TIMES IN BLOWING DUST OR BLOWING SAND. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
