A COLD FRONT JUST SOUTH OF LONG ISLAND WILL CONTINUE TO SAG
SOUTHWARD OVER THE ATLANTIC TODAY...ALLOWING HIGH PRESSURE TO
BUILD IN FROM THE NORTHWEST FOR THURSDAY. A FEW SHOWERS ARE
POSSIBLE TODAY AS ACTIVITY ROTATES INTO THE AREA JUST NORTH OF THE
FRONTAL BOUNDARY. IT WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY...WITH
DEVELOPING NORTHEAST WINDS KEEPING TEMPS SEVERAL DEGREES COOLER
THAN YESTERDAY. IT WILL BE DRY TONIGHT AND THURSDAY WITH MOSTLY
CLEAR SKIES. A WARMER AIRMASS WILL ALLOW FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES OF
ABOUT FIVE TO TEN DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR THE DATE.
