IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES OVER THE
EASTERN LAKES WILL MOVE EAST TONIGHT. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES
OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY
SATURDAY NIGHT...REACHING THE MID ATLANTIC SUNDAY MORNING. HIGH
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE SLOWLY OVER THE WESTERN
LAKES DURING THE FIRST HALF OF NEXT WEEK.
