WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER MISSOURI WILL MOVE
EAST ACROSS OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT THEN OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST
SUNDAY. HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL EXPAND OVER MUCH
OF THE NORTHERN UNITED STATES EARLY NEXT WEEK. THIS HIGH WILL
LIKELY CONTINUE TO DOMINATE THE GREAT LAKES REGION FOR MUCH OF THE
WEEK.
