IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER QUEBEC WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST
TONIGHT WITH A WEAK TRAILING COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS THE
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES INTO FRIDAY MORNING. MEANWHILE...HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL REMAIN OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES.
STRONGER HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD SOUTHEAST
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES AND ONTARIO FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. AS
THIS HIGH DRIFTS TO QUEBEC AND THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH THE
END OF THE WEEKEND...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL SLOWLY MOVE
EAST THROUGH THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
