WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL EXPAND OVER
MUCH OF THE NORTHERN UNITED STATES BY TUESDAY...AND REMAIN
DOMINANT OVER THE GREAT LAKES REGION FOR MUCH OF THE WEEK.
MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES WILL MOVE EAST
ALONG THE GULF COAST THROUGH THURSDAY....THEN NORTHEAST ALONG THE
ATLANTIC COAST FRIDAY.
