SKIES WERE PARTLY SUNNY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST
INDIANA THIS MORNING. AFTER MORNING LOW TEMPERATURES IN THE MID
20S IN THE OUTLYING AREAS TO THE MID 30S ALONG THE
LAKEFRONT...TEMPERATURES ARE NOW IN THE UPPER 40S TO LOW 50S.

CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP THE COOL AIR OVER THE REGION
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. CONDITIONS ACROSS THE AREA WILL REMAIN DRY
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...WITH THE CHANCE FOR SOME LIGHT RAIN IN THE
EVENING HOURS AND CONTINUING OVERNIGHT. THE SCENARIO IS SHAPING
UP FOR A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WIDESPREAD RAINFALL ON
SATURDAY...WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH BY SATURDAY
NIGHT. HIGHS THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE IN THE MID 50S TO LOW
60S...WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 40S ALONG THE LAKEFRONT.
HIGHS ON SATURDAY WILL BE EVEN COOLER...IN THE MID 40S TO LOW 50S.
