CIRCULATION AROUND STRONG LOW PRESSURE TO OUR NORTHEAST AND AN
APPROACHING HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL KEEP A COOL AIR MASS OVER THE
REGION THROUGH THE WEEKEND. BREEZY BUT DRY CONDITIONS CAN BE
EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE 50S. THEN AS THE HIGH MOVES
OVER THE REGION WEDNESDAY NIGHT THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH ALLOWING FOR
AREAS OF FROST TO DEVELOP BY THURSDAY MORNING. DRY COOL CONDITIONS
WITH HIGHS IN THE 50S...WILL CONTINUE THURSDAY WITH THE CHANCE OF
FROST DEVELOPMENT AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING. FRIDAY
LOOKS TO BE ANOTHER DRY...COOL DAY WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 50S TO
LOW 60S.
