DISCUSSION...A POWERFUL JET STREAM APPROACHING FROM THE WEST WILL
DRAG A VERY DRY AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS OVER THE AREA THROUGH THURSDAY.
TODAYS MARGINAL CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE A PRECURSOR
TO SIGNIFICANT CRITICAL CONDITIONS THURSDAY. WINDS WILL TAPER OFF
THROUGH TONIGHT INTO THE PREDAWN HOURS WITH ONLY FAIR RECOVERIES.
WEST WINDS WILL INCREASE QUICKLY THURSDAY AND LAST THE ENTIRE DAY.
THERE WILL BE A NORTHWEST TO NORTH WIND SHIFT THURSDAY EVENING AS A
COLD FRONT PASSES THROUGH THE AREA.
