AROUND 8-10 MPH/GUSTING TO NEAR 15 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON.
DRYING WILL ALSO TAKE PLACE WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES DIPPING INTO
THE 30-35 PERCENT RANGE. TONIGHT WILL BE MOSTLY CLEAR WITH GOOD
RH RECOVERY INTO THE 90+ PERCENT RANGE.
