.DISCUSSION...WHILE THE PREDOMINANT FLOW WILL BE FROM THE
NORTHEAST...LOCAL EFFECTS WILL CAUSE THE WIND TO SHIFT TO AN
UPVALLEY COMPONENT DURING THE AFTERNOONS. THE PREVAILING FLOW WILL
ALSO RESULT IN WARM TEMPERATURES AND DRY HUMIDITIES DURING THE DAY.
THERE WILL BE INVERSIONS THAT WILL CAP THE MIXING AT LOW ALTITUDES
OVERNIGHT AND INTO THE EARLY MORNING, BUT THIS SAME INVERSION WILL
HELP KEEP OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERIES AT MODERATE TO GOOD LEVELS.
THIS PATTERN IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE UNTIL A FRONTAL SYSTEM APPROACHES
