.A COLD FRONT THAT QUICKLY PASSED THROUGH THE REGION HAS BROUGHT
GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS. FUNNELING OF WINDS DOWN THE BAY WILL ALSO
GIVE A BOOST TO GUSTS. THESE WINDS HAVE SLOWLY BEGUN TO DIMINISH
AND WILL GRADUALLY CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING.

  25 KNOTS.

* WAVES...WAVES OF 2 TO 4 FEET. THE HIGHEST WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
  BE AROUND AND SOUTH OF MANITOWOC...WHICH HAS THE LONGEST FETCH
  WITH NORTHEAST WINDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
