SCATTERED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH 9 PM ACROSS THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND THE NORTHERN
AND EASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. THESE SHOWERS WILL AFFECT LOCATIONS
MAINLY NORTH AND EAST OF A LINE FROM TEXLINE TO MORSE TO BORGER TO
WAYSIDE AND WILL MOVE EAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH. AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM
WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR MIAMI WHILE OTHER STORMS MAY POSSIBLY DEVELOP
THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. STORMS MAY BRIEFLY BECOME STRONG WITH
WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL. LOCALIZED RAIN AMOUNTS UP TO
A QUARTER INCH ARE POSSIBLE.
