  For the North Fork Red River near Headrick...

* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* The latest stage was 6.53 feet at 2 PM Monday.

* The North Fork Red River is forecast to crest near 13.5 feet
  early Wednesday morning.

* Impact...When the North Fork Red River reaches 14 feet near
  Headrick...Shallow flooding or isolation of agricultural lands and
  rural roads occurs in Kiowa...Jackson...and Tillman counties.
  Upstream points in Kiowa County may see flooding several hours
  before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The flood crest reaches
  downstream points near Tipton much later.
