.DISCUSSION...

A FAIRLY DRY DAY ACROSS THE REGION...AS TEMPERATURES AGAIN CLIMB
INTO THE 70S. HUMIDITY LEVELS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DROP OFF AS
SHARPLY AS FARTHER TO THE NORTH...WITH MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES
FORECAST TO REACH NEAR 30 PERCENT OR SLIGHTLY LOWER. EAST-NORTHEAST
WINDS SHOULD PREVAIL THROUGH THE DAY...AND MAY BE SLIGHTLY STRONGER
THAN AREAS TO THE NORTH. SPEEDS WILL AVERAGE 15 TO 20 MPH...BUT
OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO 25 TO 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE. THIS WILL RESULT
IN A HIGH GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER RISK THIS AFTERNOON.

RAIN CHANCES WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE TONIGHT WITH DAILY CHANCE OF
RAIN THROUGH NEXT WEEKEND. THE MOST WIDESPREAD RAINS MAY OCCUR ON
WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...AND AGAIN AS WE MOVE INTO NEXT
WEEKEND.
