  EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...WITH PREVAILING WINDS INCREASING TO 20
  TO 25 KNOTS LATE TUESDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS 5 TO 7 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS UP TO 9 FEET
  BUILDING TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING WITH SEAS OF 6 TO
  9 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS UP TO 11 FEET.
