OVER THE MARINE AREA THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. PERIODS OF
SUSTAINED WINDS OF 18 TO 23 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS WILL BE LIKELY.
SEAS WILL BUILD TO AROUND 7 FEET WELL OFFSHORE.
