TO MOVE NORTH AT 10 MPH ACROSS THE SOUTH PLAINS AND EXTREME
SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. THIS ACTIVITY WILL BRING HEAVY
RAINFALL ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. PEA SIZE
HAIL WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE UNDER THE STRONGEST STORMS. THESE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF BRINGING UP TO ONE INCH OF RAINFALL IN
A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
