THE MORNING HOURS. BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE
STRONGER SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS...AFFECTING THE CITIES
OF CLARKSVILLE AND BOGATA TEXAS...RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF A HALF TO
THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THESE AREAS.
