.SYNOPSIS... A STRONG HIGH FAR NORTHWEST OF THE ISLANDS WILL MERGE
WITH A WEAKENING HIGH NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS OVER THE WEEKEND. THIS
WILL RESULT IN TRADES STRENGTHENING TO MODERATE TO STRONG AREA WIDE
BY SUNDAY AND CONTINUE INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. A SURFACE TROUGH
APPROACHING THE ISLANDS FROM THE WEST WILL CAUSE THE WINDS TO VEER TO
THE SOUTHEAST WEST OF KAUAI ON TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
