MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT INTO
TUESDAY MORNING. TUESDAY MORNING LOWS WILL RANGE FROM 34 DEGREES
AT FREEPORT ILLINOIS TO 42 DEGREES AT KEOKUK IOWA. TUESDAY WILL BE
NEARLY IDENTICIAL TO MONDAY...BUT JUST SLIGHTLY WARMER WITH HIGHS
