SKIES REMAINED CLOUDY FOR MOST OF THE REGION THIS MORNING...THOUGH
CLOUD COVER WAS BEGINNING TO DECREASE IN NORTH CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. TEMPERATURES WERE MOSTLY IN THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 30S
ACROSS THE AREA WITH A FEW SPOTS AROUND 40 DEGREES IN EAST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN.

SKIES SHOULD CONTINUE TO CLEAR FROM NORTH TO SOUTH TODAY BUT
BLUSTERY EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW
NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO
THE EARLY PART OF NEXT WEEK AND TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO WARM
TO NEAR NORMAL BY TUESDAY.
