THIS AFTERNOON... THE SKIES WERE MOSTLY SUNNY ACROSS THE WESTERN TWO
THIRDS OF OKLAHOMA... WITH SOME MID TO HIGH CLOUDINESS.  WESTERN
NORTH TEXAS STAYED CLEAR AND SUNNY.  THE TEMPERATURES REMAINED
SLIGHTLY COOLER THAN NORMAL DUE TO YESTERDAYS STRONG COLD FRONT...
WITH TEMPERATURES WARMING IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S.  OKLAHOMA CITY
AND STILLWATER HAD HIGH OF 66 DEGREES ... WHILE WICHITA FALLS AND
LAWTON ROSE TO 69 DEGREES.  HIGH SURFACE PRESSURE HAD SETTLED IN...
KEEPING OUR WINDS VARIABLE IN DIRECTION AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

BY 8 PM... A FEW HIGH CLOUDS WERE SPREADING INTO FAR WESTERN
OKLAHOMA... AS WERE CLEAR ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF OUR REGION.  THE
TEMPERATURES HAD SO FAR FALLEN INTO THE LOWER 6OS.  THE WINDS HAD
BECOME LIGHT AND VARIABLE.
