TO 5 AM PDT FRIDAY...

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 2 TO 6 INCHES. GREATEST AMOUNTS MAINLY OVER
  HIGHER ELEVATIONS SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 50.

* TIMING: SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING. HEAVIER
  SNOW SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: DONNER SUMMIT ON INTERSTATE 80...ECHO SUMMIT
  ON HIGHWAY 50...CARSON PASS ON HIGHWAY 88...EBBETTS PASS ON
  HIGHWAY 4...SONORA PASS ON HIGHWAY 108.

* WINDS: NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* IMPACTS: SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY ROADS. POSSIBLE CHAIN
