AND SLOW MOVING LOW PRESSURE AREA THAT IS CENTERED OVER SOUTHERN
CANADA. THE WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SUBSIDE TONIGHT AS THE PRESSURE
GRADIENT AND MIXING WEAKENS.
