.WINDS HAVE DIMINISHED BELOW SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS THIS
EVENING...HOWEVER WAVES REMAIN ELEVATED. LOOK FOR WINDS TO
INCREASE AGAIN BY MID MORNING ON MONDAY IN THE WAKE OF A PASSING
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE. THOSE WINDS WILL DIMINISH BELOW SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS BY MONDAY EVENING

* WAVES: 2 TO 4 FEET TONIGHT. WAVES 1 TO 3 FEET MONDAY...HIGHEST
  TOWARDS OPEN WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
