.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN APPROACHING HIGH PRESSURE OVER
SOUTHERN CANADA AND LOW PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN U.S. IS
PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 25 KNOTS IN THE NEARSHORE WATERS SOUTH OF
MILWAUKEE. WINDS AND GUSTS WILL EASE LATE THIS AFTERNOON.

WHILE WINDS ARE NOT AS STRONG TO THE NORTH...SMALL CRAFT SHOULD
EXERCISE CAUTION THROUGH THE DAY WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO 20 KNOTS
EXPECTED UNTIL MID TO LATE AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: 1 TO 3 FEET BUILDING TO 3 TO 4 FEET BY LATE MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
