AFTERNOON...

.WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE IN THE WAKE OF LOW
PRESSURE TRACKING FROM LOWER MICHIGAN INTO CANADA TODAY. THE
GUSTY WINDS WILL BUILD HIGH WAVES...WITH THE HIGHEST WAVES TOWARD
THE OPEN WATERS. THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH DURING THE EARLY EVENING.

  LATER THIS MORNING AND INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH A FEW
  GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS. THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH TO 10 TO 20 KNOTS
  DURING THE EVENING.

* WAVES: 2 TO 4 FEET...HIGHEST WAVES TOWARDS THE OPEN WATER.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
