  15 KNOTS EARLY MONDAY MORNING. WINDS BECOMING WEST-NORTHWEST 15
  TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
  EARLY EVENING.

* WAVES: 1 TO 2 FEET BUILDING TO 3 TO 4 FEET MONDAY.
