...BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING...

.BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON
AND EARLY EVENING AROUND A LARGE AND SLOW MOVING LOW PRESSURE AREA
THAT IS CENTERED OVER SOUTHERN CANADA. THE WINDS WILL BEGIN TO
SUBSIDE TONIGHT AS THE SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT AND BOUNDARY
LAYER MIXING WEAKENS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
