.BREEZY SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND
CONTINUE TONIGHT AS A WEAK COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.
AFTER THE FRONT PASSES EARLY MONDAY MORNING...BREEZY WEST WINDS
WILL THEN DEVELOP FOR THE REMAINDER OF MONDAY.

  TODAY AND TONIGHT. THE WINDS WILL VEER WEST MONDAY MORNING AND
  INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 3 TO 4 FEET SUNDAY AFTERNOON...WAVES 1 TO 3
  FEET MONDAY...HIGHEST TOWARDS OPEN WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
