.WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN BACK TO SMALL CRAFT CRITERIA LATER THIS
MORNING AND AFTERNOON AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE HAS MOVED
THROUGH THIS MORNING. WINDS HAVE VEERED TO A MORE WESTERLY
DIRECTION BEHIND THIS TROUGH...AND WINDS WILL INTENSIFY TO SMALL
CRAFT CRITERIA. THESE WINDS WILL DIMINISH BELOW SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY LEVELS BY MONDAY EVENING.

* WAVES: 2 TO 3 FEET MONDAY MORNING AND AFTERNOON. WAVES 1 TO 2
  FEET MONDAY EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
