WISCONSIN WEATHER SUMMARY

.YESTERDAY...AN AREA OF SHOWERS PUSHED NORTHEAST INTO NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN SUNDAY MORNING WHILE THE REST OF THE STATE WAS PARTLY
CLOUDY.  AN AREA OF WIDESPREAD LIGHT RAIN MOVED NORTH INTO SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AS LOW PRESSURE MOVED NORTHEAST FROM
ILLINOIS AND INDIANA.

THERE WAS A WIDE RANGE OF HIGH TEMPERATURES ON SUNDAY RANGING FROM
38 AT SUPERIOR NEAR THE COLD WATERS OF LAKE SUPERIOR TO 78 AT
BOSCOBEL WHERE THERE WAS SUNSHINE MUCH OF THE DAY.  THE NORMAL HIGH
TEMPERATURES THIS TIME OF YEAR ARE IN THE MIDDLE 50S TO AROUND 60.

WINDS ON SUNDAY WERE GENERALLY FROM THE EAST TO SOUTHEAST 10 TO 20
MILES AN HOUR WITH SOME GUSTS AROUND 25 MILES AN HOUR.

.OVERNIGHT...A LARGE AREA OF RAIN CONTINUED TO PUSH NORTH THROUGH
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN SUNDAY EVENING. THERE WERE SOME POCKETS OF
MODERATE RAIN. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE 40S.

.FORECAST...LOW PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT NORTHEAST FROM LOWER
MICHIGAN TODAY. RAIN ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW WILL PERSIST FOR THE
MORNING BEFORE BECOMING MORE SCATTERED THIS AFTERNOON.

GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP AS THE LOW DEEPENS TODAY...BRINGING
COLDER TEMPERATURES INTO THE REGION. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL
BRING RAIN AND SNOW TO NORTHERN WISCONSIN TONIGHT AND RAIN SHOWER
CHANCES INTO SOUTHERN WISCONSIN TUESDAY.

THE COOLER THAN NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL LINGERING THROUGH MOST OF
THIS WEEK.
