PLACE SO DESPITE THE ABUNDANT SUNSHINE...TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY
REACH THE LOW TO MID 50S. THIS IS A VERY DRY AIR MASS PUSHING IN...
AND DEW POINTS WILL AT LEAST REACH THE LOWER TEENS BY THE AFTERNOON...
AND POSSIBLY SINGLE DIGITS IN A FEW SPOTS. MIN RH LEVELS WILL REACH
THE TEENS BY THE AFTERNOON.  WITH THIS IGNITION OCCURRING IN THE
