GRADUALLY DECREASES. ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS ARE STILL
POSSIBLE IN MOST AREAS, WITH THE BEST CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION EXPECTED TO BE
OVER THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS. GUSTY WINDS FROM THE MORNING HOURS SHOULD DECREASE
