NEW RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 83 DEGREES SET ON THE 28TH.  THE OLD RECORD WAS
 82 DEGREES SET IN 1946.

BUT AIRPORT RECEIVED SECOND HEAVIER BURST OF SNOW THAT WAS NOT SEEN AT COOPERATIVE
