  Counties

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The next River Statement will be issued when conditions
warrant.

For graphical river and flood information...please go to
www.weather.gov and click near Memphis on the map. Then select Rivers
and Lakes AHPS under current conditions.

Do not drive through flooded areas...turn around don`t drown.

Stay tuned to your weather radio and your local news media for the
latest river information.

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for
  the Mississippi River at Tunica Riverpark
* At 7 PM Friday the stage was 38.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall rapidly...30.4 feet by
  the 6th of May.
* At 38.0 feet...Casinos are open and unaffected. South evacuation
  road from Whiskey and Bordeaux Islands is going under. In
  Mississippi. roads to Bordeaux Point area are beginning to flood.
  Campsites on the south side of Flower Lake are being covered. Parts
  of the road to Stubb`s Island are flooded. In Arkansas, lowest
  access road to fields inside the Arkansas levee south of Horseshoe
  Lake is flooded. Evacuation road from Peters Island is covered.
