THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DENVER HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN ELBERT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...

* UNTIL 500 AM MDT

* HEAVY RAIN FROM LAST EVENING HAS FLOODED OVER SEVERAL ROADS EAST
  OF MATHESON.  WHILE THE HEAVY RAIN HAD ENDED...NUMEROUS STREAMS
  ARE LIKELY RUNNING VERY HIGH AND ABOVE BANKFULL LEVELS.  LOW LYING
  AREAS WILL ALSO REMAIN FLOODED THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
