.DISCUSSION...
COLD FRONT HAS PASSED TO OUR EAST, USHERING IN SLIGHTLY COLDER AIR
TEMPERATURES BUT SIMILAR DEWPOINTS TO YESTERDAY. THIS WILL PRODUCE
MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH VALUES IN THE 25 PERCENT RANGE. FINE FUELS
CONTINUE TO REMAIN DRY AS PRECIPITATION ASSOCIATED WITH LAST
NIGHT`S FRONTAL PASSAGE WAS FAIRLY SCANT. EXPECT RH LEVELS TO
RECOVER AS WE PROGRESS TOWARD EVENING.

THE DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO YESTERDAY IS FOR WINDS, WHICH WILL BE
FROM THE NORTH AROUND 10 MPH TODAY ACROSS THE PRESCRIBED BURN
AREA AND WILL ALSO BE LESS GUSTY.
