.DISCUSSION...

WINDS LATE THIS MORNING WERE EAST-SOUTHEASTERLY NEAR THE GAS LEAK.
WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO VEER AROUND TO THE SOUTHEAST THIS AFTERNOON
WHILE INCREASING IN SPEED A FEW MILES PER HOUR. EAST-SOUTHEASTERLY
WINDS OF 10 MPH (33 FT) WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 15 MPH (33 FT) THIS
AFTERNOON AS WINDS SHIFT MORE TO THE SOUTHEAST. CLOUDY CONDITIONS
WITH HIGH RELATIVE HUMIDITY ARE LIKELY TO PERSIST ALL DAY TODAY.
THE HIGH TEMPERATURE SHOULD TOP OUT IN THE MID 70S...OR ONLY
5 TO 7 DEGREES WARMER THAN CURRENT CONDITIONS. ANY SHOWERS OR
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN WEST OF THE GAS LEAK THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON. STORMS ARE LIKELY TO DEVEOP SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 20
AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 35 LATE THIS AFTERNOON. STORMS WILL
PROBABLY STAY SOUTHWEST OF RED OAK THROUGH SUNSET...IF STORMS
