.SYNOPSIS...30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER LAKES
TODAY. THIS HIGH WILL DRIFT INTO SOUTHEAST ONTARIO LATER TUESDAY
INTO WEDNESDAY AS ANOTHER 30.4 INCH AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO
NORTHWEST ONTARIO AND A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH FORMS OVER THE
PLAINS. A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE CENTER EMERGING FROM THIS TROUGH
WILL MOVE THROUGH THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON THURSDAY WHILE THE ONTARIO
HIGH DRIFTS ACROSS HUDSON BAY INTO QUEBEC. THE LOW WILL DRAG A TROUGH
AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION THURSDAY
